At the end of November 2019, our company underwent a comprehensive external audit carried out by an independent audit company. As part of the audit focused on the recertification of ISO standards, which our company has implemented within the integrated quality management system, we successfully defended the quality management certificate. eGroup Solutions, a. s. constantly maintains and improves the quality management system according to the ISO 9001:2008 standard, which results in the highest quality of our services.
At the same time, we defended the implemented information security management system according to the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard. With certification, we also help declare the protection of important information in our company, information from customers, partners and other stakeholders. The information security management system includes a comprehensive model governing risk assessment, as well as the design, implementation and management of information security and provides adequate assurance to customers and all stakeholders.
We designed an integrated management system in the past to ensure that the quality of our services is maintained, operational safety with an emphasis on protecting the confidentiality and availability of information is increased and so it helped us manage the company's processes. Thanks to standards, we constantly promote and improve the process management of the company, in order to identify improvements and continuously satisfy the requirements of our customers.
